The Director's Chair

The Midwest Center is dedicated to both educate the public and to utilize both Antebellum American History and the narrative of the Modern Civil Rights Movement combined w/ present modern efforts inside what is called Section1983 litigation to assist in helping others to discern what is the status of one of the remaining Major Civil Rights issues of our time and what can be done about it going forward as we work to promote constitutional rights and public awareness of trends in federal litigation
